Products which are being returned fall into several categories; Warranty Claims, Shipping Claims, Fulfillment Error by Water Depot, Order error by the Customer, Customer Changed their Mind.
Warranty Claims
Warranted products will have the warranty information listed in the product’s owner’s manual. In some cases, product warranties could be prorated based on the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be received within 30 days from purchase.
Shipping Claims
Water Depot will assist you in making a claim with the carrier and attempt to recover shipping costs, and replacement or refunding of your purchase for products that fail to arrive or arrive damaged due to negligence of the carrier. Shipping claims must be received within 5 days of receipt of product.
Fulfillment Error by Water Depot
In the event that we do not correctly fulfill your order (incorrect product or incorrect quantity), Water Depot will correct the original order items and cover shipping. The incorrectly shipped product(s) will need to be returned at Water Depot’s cost. Note that product(s) must be returned in unused and unopened condition. We reserve the option to replace or refund when necessary. Fulfillment error claims must be received within 5 days of receipt of product.
Order error by the Customer or Customer Changed Their Mind
All items must be returned in unused and unopened condition, in the original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. UV Lamps, most electronics, and opened filters and membranes are not returnable. A 15% re-stocking fee applies. Order error claims must be received within 5 days of receipt of product.
